  • Airfare to and from Costa Rica, travel insurance, additional spa treatments, and personal shopping expenses are not included.


  • Yes, cancellations made 60 days prior to the retreat will receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations within 60 days of the retreat are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future retreat.

  • Yes, transportation will be provided from San Jose International Airport (SJO) to the Resort. Detailed arrival instructions will be shared upon registration.

  • The retreat offers plant-based meals, and we are happy to accommodate any restrictions and/or allergies. Please indicate any restrictions or allergies on your intake form.
