Manifest that shit, sis.

Simply put, manifestation is bringing something tangible into your life through attraction and belief - if you think it, and it will come. Like the Law of Attraction, it directs your focus on the things you want most out of life, drawing them closer to you so they manifest in your reality.

 

We always hear that the tongue is a powerful thing, so be careful of what you say and or ask for as the universe will surely deliver. Well, the mind is just as powerful. The thoughts that you allow to flow through your mind can have an affect on you and the things that you bring or allow into your space.

 

I never used to understand when people used to speak of energy and the transfer of it and manifesting the things that one wanted to happen in their lives…until I started to feel the energy and changed my way of thinking and how that looked in my reality.

 

I remember some years ago, I used to live in the mindset of “God, why is this happening for so and so, and not for me?” My attitude was always on ten, and now that I look back to that time in my life and I was just genuinely unhappy. I told myself, I needed to make a shift of some sort, because the things and people that I was attracting in my life were not of the life that I was seeking and wanted to be involved with. I wasn’t doing the things that I enjoyed like traveling, shopping, and spa days. Instead, I was in the clubs/bars 4-7 days a week, failing in college, and just being a failure…or at least that is what I felt like I was.

 

Then things started to shift. I stopped hanging around certain “types” of people. I started to pray more and ask for guidance and clarity. I started to speak positivity into my life and started to see things change. This is when I started to understand the idea of energy and manifestation.

 

Manifestation also has some positive side effects. Some benefits of manifesting are:

·       Optimism – gets you excited about your future and what’s to come.

·       Confidence – words/phrases of affirmation can uplift a person or shift their mindset to a more positive place.

·       Less stress – your focus is shifted to focused on what you can and will change instead of what is currently wrong.

·       Increased gratitude – you become more thankful for the things that you have and as you continue to achieve the things you have been asking for in your life, you become grateful.

·       Creates a path for goal setting – you create a guide for your life to achieve the things that you want out of life.

 

So don’t think that you cannot have the life that you want because you are the only person that can keep you from the life you seek. You can completely recreate yourself, create new habits, and live a life that you are absolutely in love with. MANIFEST THAT SHIT, SIS!!!
