For those who are new to you and your experiences, tell us a little about yourself and the path that led you to where you are today.

My healing journey began in 2008 when I met Flow, The Juiceman, from Brooklyn, NY. At 28 years old, I had no idea how drastically my life would change. Flow was introduced to me through a friend who was into detoxing and spoke highly of a detox program Flow had created. The program had received rave reviews, but I only ever dabbled in bits and pieces of it without fully committing. Flow encouraged me to do the full detox and eliminate seafood, turkey, and chicken from my diet. At the time, I couldn’t even fathom such a change. My mother had been health-conscious enough to remove red meats and pork from our family’s diet when I was 15, but giving up all flesh foods and dairy seemed impossible.

Over the next two years, I began noticing that my periods were becoming heavier, and the blood clots (fibroids) were growing larger. Flow educated me on how turkey, “the other white meat,” takes longer to break down in the body than pork and how pesticides in chicken often settle in the wings, contributing to fibroids in women. He also explained the high mercury levels in seafood, particularly bottom feeders. For my 30th birthday, I finally committed to my first detox. It was transformative—as if I had been given a new pair of eyes. For the next two years, I cultivated what I thought was a healthier lifestyle. I stopped eating flesh foods and felt lighter and younger, as though “Stella got her groove back.”

However, my approach wasn’t perfect. I replaced flesh foods with carbs, didn’t completely cut out dairy, and met my twin flame, who was seven years younger than me. That period of my life was both the best and worst of times. Physically and spiritually, I was unknowingly feeding the fibroids (tumors). After losing two pregnancies and undergoing surgery to remove ten fibroids, I struggled with the notion that I might never conceive children. Five years into my relationship, my former fiancé fathered a child with someone else. That revelation left me suicidal and homicidal. I needed something to save me, and I remembered a book Flow had recommended years earlier, which had been sitting untouched in the backseat of my car for months.

In the spring of 2017, I embarked on a deeper healing journey that unearthed parts of me I had never encountered before: the hurt, the pain, and the joy. Along the way, I often heard my spirit say, “lead with love,” and that’s exactly what I did. I chose to return to the relationship, embracing the child as if he were my own while nurturing myself. This decision provided an opportunity for profound self-reflection—to examine my life and my lineage. I resolved to heal myself and assist others in doing the same if they desired.

By 2018, I became a practitioner of the healing arts, holding space for dozens of women in the Richmond, VA area. In March 2019, my grandmother transitioned, and my relationship with my former fiancé ended. I found myself stripped of everything. The plant-based food business we’d started became difficult for me to sustain. My house went into foreclosure, and my car’s alternator needed replacing. It was a challenging time—a valley that brought me closer to the Most High within me. I declared, “Most High, when I make it through this, USE ME.” During that valley, I asked for a home that was cute, comfortable, and safe.

In August 2019, the Most High sent an angel. Upon his arrival, he said, “God sent me to help you.” That angel later became my husband. He provided me with the cute, comfortable, and safe home I had asked for, allowing me the space to continue healing, traveling, practicing, teaching, and resting in my divine feminine energy. Over the past five years, I’ve completed certifications in yoni steaming, womb yoga dance, full-spectrum doula services, holistic wellness, and raw vegan culinary artistry. I also served as Director for QAWI’s Emerald Green School.

Today, I am the mother of an active 18-month-old boy and the Imperial Matriarch (Clan Mother) of the River City Sacred Sistarhood. My journey has been one of transformation, resilience, and purpose, and I remain committed to leading with love and empowering others to heal and thrive.

We like to come correct when it comes to addressing you. Which career status accurately fits the flow of how you'd like to be interviewed?

Full-Time Entrepreneur.

Some people look at the glass as half-empty, while others see it as half-full. In this digital era, how do you differentiate your business in seemingly oversaturated markets?

The pivotal moment in my entrepreneurial journey happened when I decided to give up on the wellness path.  Although, it wasn't my main focus, the community continued to call.  When I finally desired to answer, I was equipped with a small team to assist with security and scalability.  So, basically I had to surrender to the next version of myself.

What has been the most impactful part of your journey? What can others learn from your experience?

I remain authentic to who I am and what I offer whether it's trending or not.

As an entrepreneur, what systems have you put in place to manage your physical and mental health to maintain focus in your business?

I rely on my 5 daily unbreakables!  Meditation, prayer, yoga, journaling and reading, preferably while the rest of the world is sleeping.

What has been the most impactful part of your journey? What can others learn from your experience?

The most impactful part of my journey is actually seeing and experiencing wombifestations... in real time!  I desire for women to know she is God (the little g and the big G) and the power within her is primordial.
